3. The Chinese address is: ECO Medical Instruments Industrial Park, No. 19 Xinghui Road, Jiangbei New Area, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, and the English address is: ECO Medical Instruments Industrial Park, No.19 Xinghui Road, Jiangbei New Area, Nanjing, Jiangsu, China;

4. The change of company name will not affect the original rights and obligations of our company. The assets, creditor's rights and debts of the original "Nanjing ECO Microwave System Engineering Co., Ltd.", as well as various contracts, cooperation agreements and other legal documents signed with foreign parties, are all inherited by "Nanjing ECO Medical Technology Co., Ltd." according to law.
